Uses For the relief of occasional constipation. This product usually produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours. For gentle, natural relief of constipation.

Warnings Ask a doctor before use if you have: abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting; a sudden change in bowel movements that persists over a period of two weeks. Stop use and ask a doctor if you have rectal bleeding or fail to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative. This may indicate a serious condition.
