Create Pre-planned Flight Patterns

Using the mobile app on a touchscreen phone, pilots can survey a map of the flight area to plan out a flight pattern. The Scout X4 connects to GPS satellites to keep track of up to 128 flight waypoints as well as a landing zone, allowing autopilot to take over while operators focus on camera work. The Scout X4 will hover in position, circle, and automatically take off and land.

Auto-Follow Mode

In Follow Mode the Scout X4 tracks the motion of any moving object holding the receiver. It flies within a certain distance while keeping the camera trained on the subject, making it easy to capture action shots alone.
