We love this vacuum. We used it the day it arrived. Super easy setup and transformed our carpet and the smell of our house and couch. I love the two in one carpet and upholstery cleaning. With three dogs in the house being potty trained it reeked of urine around the house. Now that smell is gone! We are thinking of buying one for a friend. It can also be used for your car. Great purchase

Every homeowner should invest in the Rug Dr. It works. Our dog was sleeping under my son's bed. When my son left for college, I went and cleaned his entire room out. I couldn't take the smell any longer. We lifted his bed only to find that the dog had been doing other stuff under there, which my son was half cleaning. I called some so-called pros. All they did was wet my carpet. I started cleaning prior to them leaving with my Rug Dr to show them the carpet does come clean. It did wonders. If I didn't blame myself for not doing my due dillegence, I would demand a refund from the carpet cleaners. They should get a Rug Doctor. Just wish the tanks were bigger, without being heavier.
