The Food

GIADA's menu brims with Italian dishes, many of which she's showcased on television. Some feature a lighter touch and others have a bit of California influence, but for the most part, GIADA stays true to classic Italian recipes. The Awards

In 2014, Eater nominated Giada for its Chef of the Year award and GIADA at The Cromwell for its Restaurant of the Year award. And the hardware has been pouring in ever since. The Las Vegas Review Journal deemed GIADA at The Cromwell the city's Best Italian Restaurant and Best Restaurant with a View while Las Vegas Weekly picked the restaurant as one of the best places to take out-of-town visitors, referring to it simply as a "big, warm room full of comfortable energy."
