At each Gianni's location, a party's worth of zesty toppings bounce around trampolines made of soft dough until their feet get caught in gooey gobs of cheese. After smothering edible frisbees in savory red sauce and mozzarella, slice artists adorn creations with toppings ranging from meatballs to pineapple to crispy veggies, such as bacon. Disks then spontaneously divide into 12 individual slices, ideal for family dinners or placing on the front lawn as a makeshift sundial.
