• Sharam: The DJ and producer—half of Grammy-winning duo Deep Dish—has created gems like “Party All The Time,” a collab with P. Diddy.
• Kevin Saunderson: Together with high-school classmates Derrick May and Juan Atkins (collectively the Belleville Three), he’s often credited with developing Detroit techno.
• MK: He topped Billboard’s dance charts with ’90s jams like “Always” and kept the beat going with remixes of hits like Lana Del Rey’s “Summertime Sadness.”
