Beauty and the Beast
A provincial French town, an enchanted castle, a beautiful young girl, and a prince who is cursed to live as a monstrous beast all set the stage for one of the most beloved stories of all time. Making its debut last year, the Tricia Sloan Dance Center’s Beauty and the Beast returns to the Scottish Rite Theater in Collingswood, NJ for two performances on Sunday, April 15, at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Follow Belle on her adventures in the castle as she uncovers the mysterious story of the Beast and how she grows to love all of the charming characters – Mrs. Potts, Chip, Lumiere, Cogsworth, Madam Wardrobe, and Fifi Featherduster.

The Tricia Sloan Dance Center is one of the finest performing arts training facilities in the Tri-State area. Whether your passion is ballet, tap, lyrical, jazz, modern, pointe, or hip hop, you will find a class that meets your needs.
We provide instruction for all ages and skill levels. From our Mommy and Me class for 1½-3 year olds through our professional caliber instruction for young adults. We have the classes and training you are looking for.
Our award-winning school is nationally recognized. Several of our students have gone on to professional dance careers and others have attended colleges & universities on dance scholarships. But all of our students leave with a true love of the art of dance.
