How to Redeem Your Ticket

Redeem your ticket with any Big Bus representative or driver at the Chicago Riverwalk (98 E. Wacker Drive, across the bridge from Trump Tower), or any Big Bus stop. Adult tickets are valid for customers 13 and older; child tickets are valid for customers aged 3-12. Children aged 2 and under get free admission. Bus frequency is subject to change.
