About Brianna Marie Foundation 5k

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? The Brianna Marie Foundation is a federally recognized Public Charity with 501c3 status. Our focus is on advancing the field of Fetal Surgeries (surgeries performed on babies prior to birth). This is our 7th 5K run/walk and we have free kids activities and a great silent auction.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The foundation is a way to celebrate her life as well as the lives of many others that have been affected by fetal conditions. All these babies have left an imprint on many hearts.

What do you love most about your job? We said when we started the non-profit if we can change the lives of just one family that would make us happy. The awesome part of what we do is see survivors, parents who may have lost a child, come to the the event and celebrate with us-- the lives and the losses.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? How can you put into words seeing a child that doctors wanted to give up on thriving in front of you. Its the eyes that look into ours that make us work that much harder.
