What to Expect

This year, the world-renowned Bronx Zoo celebrates 125 years! During the spring and summer ONLY, you can explore the all-new Animal Chronicles, a walking trail featuring immersive eco-sculptures that showcase key achievements in the zoo’s history of protecting endangered animal species. Plus, on select weekends, enjoy parades, performances, crafting, scavenger hunts, tours, Wildlife Theater, and much more as they celebrate 125 years of historic Bronx Zoo milestones. Encounter over 10,000 animals from around the world, as you wander through 265 acres of nature in the heart of NYC.

Good to Know

• Child tickets are for ages 3–12; adult tickets are for ages 13+

• Free admission for children 2 and under. No ticket is needed.

• Wednesday Admission: Advance tickets are required for Wednesday reduced admission and are made available at 5:00 pm the Monday before.
