- Guests are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to their reservation time for a mandatory safety orientation
- In the event of late arrival, the rental time will commence at the scheduled reservation time

- All renters must be 21 years of age or older and must be present at the time of the rental
- All drivers are required to be at least 18 years old and must present a valid driver's license at the time of the rental
- Customers are required to bring a credit card, which will be held for incidentals. The card will only be charged in the event of damage to the equipment
