Discovery Center

The Discovery Center is an ideal destination for everyone families, school groups, adults, and children. It offers a playground of hands-on, interactive exhibits that provide a surprising, delightful, and inspiring educational experience, making science, technology, engineering, and math more accessible and relevant to everyday life.

As a long-respected leader in the region for unique and engaging educational experiences, the Discovery Center features over 200 interactive exhibits across 60,000 square feet. It also provides approximately 40 educational programs on topics ranging from geology to chemistry, physics to health and life sciences, and culture to nanotechnology, catering to individuals from birth to 90+ years of age. It is also the only youth activity center in Southern Missouri that offers a wide range of exhibits, hands-on activities, special events, and programs that explore diverse educational goals.
