Lightwire Theater presents Dino-Light
Darwin the Dinosaur has lived a sheltered life. Created by a scientist, the friendly dino has never actually left the lab. But one day, when he ventures into the outside world, he stumbles upon a vast sea of brilliant creatures—many completely unlike him, and one who looks rather similar. As Darwin immerses himself in their community, and finds the other dinosaur isn’t nearly as friendly as he is, he learns the true meaning of love and the true value of locking his diary.
In a show BroadwayWorld.com calls “an eye-popping display of storytelling that’s like nothing else you’ve ever seen,” Dino-Light redefines family-friendly theatre. The creatures, puppets that are seemingly drawn on a darkened stage with electroluminescent wire, take on personalities as vibrant and inspiring as their exteriors.
