Cocktail Class

Cocktail culture originated during Prohibition when alcohol was so potent and harsh that bartenders and home brewers began mixing it with other ingredients to make it more drinkable. We carry on the tradition of those early mixologists and will teach you how to make authentic Prohibition Era cocktails in our speakeasy. This 2-hour experience takes place at Congress Street Up, the 1920s-style speakeasy located within the American Prohibition Museum. With authentic bar equipment and guidance from our expert bartenders, you'll craft Prohibition Era cocktails that will impress your friends for years to come.
