At the beginning of the play we see a murder - a wealthy man in a tuxedo is shot by a mysterious redhead. The small town detective stops by the next day to investigate and the dead man's psychiatrist wife seems guilty - but then the man appears clearly alive. But dead bodies keeping popping up in this small Connecticut town - is there a serial killer on the loose? Watch the detective start to fall in love with the woman who may have committed the "perfect crime."

The fast-paced show, which combines comedy, romance, and thrills, first opened Off Broadway in 1987 and continues to entertain armchair sleuths and crime-show fans today.
