Ever since her debut in the early '90s, comedy queen Sommore has had audiences falling out of their seats with her witty skits on the female perspective. Dubbed "a force to be reckoned with in the new millennium” by Oprah Winfrey, Sommore delivers her often-controversial jokes in a lighthearted manner and is never afraid to push the boundaries with her animated shows. Oozing with sass and style, her skits are as funny as ever as she hosts the 2014 Standing Ovation Tour, where she'll perform alongside a number of highly acclaimed comedians.
Lavell Crawford
To those in the know, funnyman Lavell Crawford is one of the hottest rising stars in the biz today. Lavell has just been signed by Comedy Central to Star in and Executive Produce one of their first two multi-camera series for the network along with Will Ferrell's. Lavell's stand out work includes appearances on "Shaquille O'Neal Presents: All Star Comedy Jam" which premiered on Showtime in December, "Russell Simmons' Def Comedy Jam" on HBO, "Showtime at the Apollo, "Martin Lawrence Presents 1st Amendment", "Comic's Unleashed with Byron Allen", "Steve Harvey's Big Time, "Comedy Central's Premium Blend," "Motown Live" "BET's ComicView" and has appeared in the films "Baby's Mama Drama", "Beverlyhood", "Ghetto South Problems" and on the televised series "The Jamie Foxx Show," On stage, he played Ben in the hit play Men Cry in the Dark based on the Michael Baisden best seller.
Bill Bellamy
Stand-up comedian Bill Bellamy has kept audiences laughing for years with his insightful bits on women, relationships and life experiences. Bill Bellamy's 2017 and 2018 tours have him visiting comedy clubs from Long Island to California with a variety of other stand-up acts. December 2017's leg displays his comedic talents at Nyack Levity Live in West Nyack, NY, while January takes him Ontario Improv in Ontario, California, Cobb's Comedy Club in San Francisco, and back into the Rocky Mountains at Denver Improv.
Tony Roberts
Stand-up veteran and "comedian's comedian" Tony Roberts has been cracking up audiences since 1992 with his charismatic presence and nonstop punch lines. Since then he's graced the stages of some of the country's premier comedy clubs and been a featured performer on everything from Def Comedy Jam to BET's Comic View. Whether he's telling a hilarious story about changing his son's diapers or giving his take on texting and driving, Roberts never fails to have fans in stitches on his must-see tours.
