Rock ‘n’ Roll Savannah Marathon & ½ Marathon

  • The Run: a marathon or half marathon livened up with bands playing along the way.
  • The Bands: The full weekend of racing will be capped off with a headliner concert. Last year it was the folky Americana of Old Crow Medicine Show.
  • The Causes: since 1998, Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series runners have raised more than $320 million for such charities as the Edith Sanford Breast Center, the American Association for Cancer Research, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, the PCDH19, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and the Next Step Foundation.
