The four-time NBA champions San Antonio Spurs splash back into the hardwood waters for this year’s compressed 66-game season. With three battles against Western Conference foes, the veteran roster seeks to reassert itself in the conference by cutting additional holes into opponents’ nets. Tim Duncan continues to man the middle while Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker police the perimeter. From the 200 or 100 levels, eyes will trace the orange orb’s path as it caroms off the backboard, bouncing toward Richard Jefferson and his spring-loaded fingers, which fired from the three-point line last season with 44% accuracy.
During time-outs and breaks in the action, the Silver Dancers keep the arena rocking with help from Coyote, a mascot known for growling, giving out hugs, and baying at the moon before belly-flopping from the rafters.
Though the San Antonio Spurs offer a limited number of ticket packages including food at certain games, this voucher still represents the best deal available.
