Visit the Smith Tower Observatory & Bar which is located in the Pioneer Square district of Downtown Seattle. Immerse yourself in the history of rum runners, guns, typewriters, romantic superstitions, and ties to Chinese royalty which are all woven into the fabric of this icon, which presents a window into the Emerald City?s colorful past.

Visitors journey up to the 35th-floor Observatory in a manually-operated elevator to take in views of modern downtown, Mount Rainier, and the Cascade Mountain Range. The observation deck is open-air, which lets visitors feel the breeze and smell the sea air.
