- Prohibited items: outside food and drink (racers, fuel for the race is ok),
- What to wear: performance gear (not cotton) - compression tights or shorts, breathable tops made from a water wicking material, comfortable shoes
Participants should arrive an hour and a half before the start time. This will give plenty of time to park, pick up the packet, drop belongings at bag check, and get warmed up.
Toronto Super

- Top three overall male and female finishers will be awarded. The top three finishers are not eligible for Age Group Awards. 10K trail prize money:
- 1st Male/Female: C$150
- 2nd Male/Female: C$100
- 3rd Male/Female: C$50
- The top three finishers for each age group will earn a unique Top Finisher Medal. Age groups: 14–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+
- What to bring: ID and barcode

No refunds will be issued for customers who do not sign up after purchase and are not able to participate in the event as a result. Must be 14 or older for all Spartan adult races (Sprint, Super, Beast). Extra $15 pass fee and $1.43 processing fee due at registration.
