Waterpark Attractions:

Texas Tornado
Similar to the “Royal Flush” at Paradise Island, this high thrill ride is a single person enclosed body slide with quick acceleration, steep drops, splashes, and a swirling deceleration that leads to a 4’ drop into a catch pool. Life jackets are not permitted on this ride and weak swimmers are discouraged from riding. You must be 48” to ride. The catch pool is equipped with 7 ft. of swirling water.

Gold Rush Falls
This is the kids play area at Splash Kingdom Wild West. There are four slides attached to the “mine shaft” structure. Two are open top slides and two are closed top slides. Each slide ranges in length, one 25ft. two 15 ft. and one 10 ft. The attraction is set in water approximately 18 inches deep. There is also a tipping bucket in this area providing children and adults with hours of fun getting drenched! Lastly there are two kiddie slide houses with two feet slides for the younger ones to play on.

Wave Pool
The wave pool is one of the park favorites for our guests! The wave pool is a 220,000 gallon pool with alternating wave cycles. The mouth of the pool stretches approximately 145 feet wide with lawn chairs stationed for you to watch your children while relaxing. The pool gradually inclines up to five and a half feet deep. We provide tubes and life vests for free use in both the wave pool and the lazy river. Every ten minutes the waves will start providing fun for the whole family!

Lazy River
The lazy river is approximately 700 ft. of a continuous current for a relaxing, smooth ride in the sun. The river is 3′ 0″ deep and tubes are available free of charge, as are life jackets. The river is built into the beautiful Parker County terrain so at times on this ride the walls of the hillside around you are up to 20 ft. high. You may just feel like you’re floating in a canyon river. Jumping in and out on the sides is not permitted, nor is food or drinks inside the river.

Snake Pit
Are you brave enough to ride one of the five snake slides in the pit? There are five body slides in the Snake Pit, two open and three closed, each adding to your exciting day at Splash Kingdom Wild West! The King Snake, is an open slide that continuously circles till you land in the water filled pit area. The Green Mamba and Sidewinder slides are both closed slides that continuously circle until you safely land in the water filled pit area. The Water Moccasin is a closed slide that shoots you straight from the slide tower down into the pit. The Copperhead is an open slide that, like the Water Moccasin, is a straight fast shot into the pit. The Snake Pit is approximately 4 ft. deep and you must be at least 42″ to ride. You need to be a strong swimmer to ride this attraction. No tubes are allowed on these slides or in the pit area.

Canyon Racer
Grab some friends and check out “Canyon Racer.” Pick up a free mat at the ride entrance and race your friends to see who can reach the bottom first. Must be 42″ tall to ride.

Wrangler
The Wrangler is an open tube slide that can be ridden alone or with a partner. Race down this thrilling open air tube slide. You’ll have a blast!

Coyote
Conquer Coyote alone or with a friend. Check out this enclosed tube slide that shoots out into an open air drop. Come try out Coyote today!

Splash Kingdom Waterparks bring a bit of the ocean to Texas and Louisiana. Well, that's if the ocean was filled with twisting water slides and the occasional snack stand. The Splash Kingdom family consists of waterparks in Canton, Hudson Oaks, Greenville, and Nacogdoches. Lazy rivers take visitors on leisurely floats around each of these parks, while giant wave pools simulate ocean tides and shake up floating inner tubes.

Each park also houses a kids' area as well as its own set of unique aquatic thrills. At Canton, The Royal Flush takes riders down a fast, twisting body slide that ends in a 4-foot free fall. A Wild West theme defines the attractions at Hudson Oaks. At the park's Snake Pit, five slides take the form of giant snakes, including a green mamba and a copperhead. Each species goes through a different set of twists and turns.
