• What’s included: Each ticket includes admission to the OC Fair. The concert takes place in advance of the fair, but guests may return with their ticket between July 12 and August 11 for free admission. The fair is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The Damned

• The band: a four-piece that first formed in 1976 and made music history by releasing the first punk rock album in the U.K. then making the Singles Chart Top 40 nine times throughout their career
• Their sound: British punk with a heavy dose of goth rock enhanced by lead singer Dave Vanian’s baritone vocals and vampire-inspired outfits
• What they’re up to: In 2018, they released their first album in 10 years, Evil Spirits (recorded by the same famed producer who worked on David Bowie’s albums), and now they’re touring in support of the release, performing the singles “Standing On the Edge of Tomorrow” and “Devil in Disguise.”
