The Play That Goes Wrong
- The show: It's the opening night of The Murder at Haversham Manor, where things quickly go from bad to disastrous. Comedy ensues with an unconscious leading lady, a corpse that can’t play dead, and actors who trip over everything (including their lines).
- It's been described as a hybrid of Monty Python and Sherlock Holmes.
- The New York Post claims, "Nothing is as fall-down funny!"
Why others loved it!
Roma: Clever set, clever production, brilliant acting and unbelievable choreography, creatively created by amazing writing team. The uncontrolled laughter from the audience was such a tonic throughout the entire show.
Rose: This play was amazingly hilarious!! Couldn't stop laughing!! Our adult daughter chose it, and it was our first play since lockdown. So glad we went! The acting was spot-on, and the slapstick was so funny!! Kudos to the tech crew who designed such an amazing set!
