About Xavier University Club Sports

The Club Sports program serves the interests of Xavier University by providing opportunities for students, faculty and staff to continue participating in a chosen sport or learn a new one. Club sports exist on a competitive level between intramurals and NCAA varsity athletics, and one’s participation is designed to be a learning experience through involvement in the organization and administration of activities while also developing athletic skills. As the members are active participants in the leadership and decision making process of the clubs, the program provides a variety of opportunities to develop foundational skills that will serve students beyond graduation.
