What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Gladiators Academy of Lafayette is home to UFC Veteran and Gracie jiu-jitsu black belt Tim Credeur. Since 2008 Professor Tim Credeur has built the Academy to over 400 students starting at ages 4 and up. The Gladiators kids program trains over 200 kids in self-defense and character development!
Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
The Gladiators kids program has many different age groups and skill levels: Tiny Ninjas 4–5 years old, Little Ninjas 6–9 years old, and Young Guns 10–14 years old.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Gladiators Academy of Lafayette was opened in 2008 by Professor Tim Credeur and Professor Josh Artigue as a way to spread the arts of Gracie jiu-jitsu, judo, MMA, muay thai kickboxing and kids martial arts training!
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with children more that anything. These children are the keys to our future, and having a positive influence on their lives is something that will resound in our community for generations to come!
