BASIC FLEX Tickets
FLEX tickets allow for a bigger window of entry. Whereas for regular tickets you are required to enter within the hour you purchased, FLEX tickets allow you to enter within a 4 hour window (2 hours before or 2 hours after your start time). FLEX tickets also allow you up to two change of date requests without incurring rescheduling fees.
