Featuring more than 100 dancers, several sparkling new sets and Tchaikovsky's always brilliant score, the American Repertory Ballet's version of The Nutcracker is ready to light up the stage at Trenton's Patriots Theater with its pure holiday magic. This ARP production has delighted young and young-at-heart audiences alike for more than 50 years, making it one of the longest running in the entire country. Along with the ARP's professional dancers, the cast includes select students from the Princeton Ballet School, who'll tell the timeless story of Clara, a young girl who receives a special Christmas gift that sends her on a wondrous winter fantasy.
