Given the nature of our venues and the complete lift in COVID restrictions in the City of New York, we are operating as we would normally. The vessels will be sanitized between cruises. However, there is no temperature check or mask requirement. We know many of you are excited to get back on board and we look forward to welcoming you safely. However, WHEN COVID safety measures are in effect, the following precautions are in place: – All crew will be required to wear face coverings and take a pre-shift temperature check. Crew undergoes health checks at the beginning of each day and will wear face masks except as required for vessel safety when underway and away from dock. Servers will always wear masks when interacting with guests. – All tickets can be rescheduled with 12 hrs prior notice. If you feel sick, stay home. – Vessels will operate at a reduced capacity for your safety. – Guests will be required to wear a face covering during the cruise. Guests will have contact-less temperature taken prior to boarding and are required to wear face masks when moving about the boat or cannot social distance. Masks are required when purchasing a snack or beverage, engaging with others and must maintain a responsible distance from other guests before enjoying. – Manhattan By Sail reserves the right to turn away customers who are showing symptoms.
