Online Booking - Round of Golf at Lake Worth Beach Golf Club
Located on the Florida's Intercoastal Waterway, Lake Worth Beach Golf Club has no shortage of views or great holes. This classic layout, which opened in 1927, was designed by William Langford, Theodore Moreau, and Bill Dietsch. With a fresh breeze coming off the Atlantic Ocean, this par-71 also has plenty of great views of the West Palm Beach skyline. The course plays just over 6,000 yards from the tips, and there are four sets of tees, starting at 4,104 yards. The course isn't overly difficult, but it is immensely enjoyable. A variety of doglegs, strategic bunkers and a few water features keeps everything interesting. One of the holes with water, the 201-yard par-3 fourth, is actually Lake Worth Beach Golf Club's no. 1 handicap hole. There are a total of five par 3s and four par 5s on the course. Longer hitters will have a chance to reach all the par 5s in two shots as three of them are under 500 yards from the back tees. The course features a nice variety of par-4 holes, too, with most of them playing under 400 yards, and a couple of them drivable depending on what tees you play. There's no driving range, but there is a pitching and chipping green as well as practice putting green. Inside Lake Worth's beautiful clubhouse is a well-stocked golf shop with the latest in golf apparel, accessories and equipment. The club also features the Beach Club Bar and Grill. This casual affordable waterfront restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. The restaurant is popular with the public as well as golfers.
