The founders of Good Karma Yoga Studio built their studio on the idea that visitors should be free to express themselves and test their bodies without fear of judgement. Keeping this in mind, the instructors lead five different yoga classes, each of which stresses the importance of proper breath and alignment. Basic Yoga 101 introduces students to the practice, ashatanga vinyasa helps participants develop stamina through traditional pose sequences, and hot vinyasa prompts sweating in a studio heated to 95-degrees. The studio also engages visitors even further with special events, such as community-donation classes and teacher training.
