At Green Bird Organic Cellars, the winemakers strive to be good neighbors to the land. They enrich their soil with compost and fish fertilizer, and fend off pests using purely organic methods such as seaweed, fermented herbal teas, and kaolin clay. It can be an exhausting process to use across all 67 acres of farmland, but they firmly believe in creating a symbiotic relationship between them and the earth.

Their hard work yields pinot gris, pinot noir, and gewürztraminer wines, small-batch-brewed beers, and ciders with unique flavors, including peach, coffee, and chai.
