About Gourmet Garden Wareham

When the cooks at Gourmet Garden Restaurant prepare a sweeping variety of Asian fusion dishes, they do so with an eye toward nutrition. The kitchen uses no MSG or trans fats in its Japanese and Chinese dishes. Organic sushi rolls offer the option of sugar-free akai rice, which contains 56 times the fiber content of regular rice, making it easy to digest and ideal for printing tiny little newspapers. And the menu can easily accommodate dietary restrictions by eliminating gluten, oil, and sauces from select dishes.

But beyond the focus on organic ingredients, Gourmet Garden's menu is both traditional and unique: items such as shanghai boneless duck, sesame chicken, and grilled salmon teriyaki go alongside entertaining hibachi cooking show in front of your eyes. At the bar, servers pour from bottles of premium sake, beer, and wine or mix in-house martinis or Polynesian cocktails such as Mai Tais.
