Nestled in the Port of Dubuque, Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark is surrounded by Dubuque’s historical downtown, scenic bluffs, and the Mississippi River. In the water park, visitors glide down water slides, play in waterspouts, spray each other with squirt guns, and float down a lazy river. The 25,000-square-foot facility is also home to an arcade—filled with games such as Whack-a-Mole and skee-ball—and to a cafe, where guests can refuel with burgers and paninis.
