About 9/11 Museum Workshop Tour: 100 Images and Artifacts
9/11 Museum Workshop founder and Official Photographer at Ground Zero for the FDNY, Gary Marlon Suson aims to lend education and comfort to locals and visitors with a rare photo exhibition documenting nearly nine months of the dig at Ground Zero, known as “The Recovery.” Various artifacts culled from the site's rubble complement the image collection lauded by the New York Times, the space stands as a permanent museum detailing the buildings, victims, heroes, and aftermath of the tragedy. To further its cause, 9/11 Museum Workshop has been the only 9/11-themed Museum in NYC to donate to charities. On display is the “Frozen Clock” — the “Genesis 11 Tower of Babylon Bible Page” — the “Today is Sept. 11 Calendar page” and the largest single remaining piece of World Trade Center window glass in existence. Known as the “Biggest LITTLE Museum in New York” — the Museum is rated 5-stars and was also named by TripAdvisor as one of the top 25 museums in the USA. If you want to see WHERE 9/11 happened, go to Ground Zero; if you want to experience WHAT happened, go to the 9/11 Museum Workshop. (This tour is separate from the 9/11 Memorial Tour)
