Good things come to those who wait at Gus's New York Pizza. Its pizzas may take a little longer to deliberation than their assembly-line counterparts, but taste is worth it. The team is deliberate about every ingredient, and that starts with the pies’ made-from-scratch dough and sauce and blend of mozzarella cheese shredded daily. After topping the pizzas with everything from ricotta and buffalo chicken to pineapple and artichokes, they’re are baked in traditional stone deck ovens.
