"We ain’t no little gym," says Gymnastics Beat's website, and it's telling the truth. The facility spans 12,000 square feet, and has two spring floors, two trampolines, and a 60-foot long tumble track—plus an impressive collection of gymnastics equipment. It's the perfect environment for the gym's team of experienced coaches that includes a champion cheerleader.

These coaches, all certified through USA Gymnastics, background-checked, and certified in First-Aid and CPR, use the ample space to teach gymnastics, power tumbling, cheer, and acrobatics. Perhaps the most unique offering on their schedule, though, is urban gymnastics. During this class, students learn nimble ways to navigate urban surroundings, such as vaulting over railings or running across the shoulders of everyone in front of you at the coffee shop.
