About Gymnastics Training Center of Ohio

The instructors at Gymnastics Training Center of Ohio help children as young as 16 months to develop confidence and self-esteem through movement-based training and recreational programs. They welcome students of all skill levels to the facility, which features ample open floor space and a wealth of equipment including balance beams, in-ground foam pits, and trampolines. Here, the coaches train little ones to perform their first somersault and dedicated athletes to compete at the regional and national levels.

Their tumbling lessons steadily introduce more challenging techniques, helping students master everything from back handsprings to free flips over time. But some classes are more about having fun: During recreational classes, they incorporate basic gymnastics moves into engaging workouts that keep kids active while building their strength, agility, and stamina.
