In a hardwood-floored studio, whimsically decorated with hanging paper snowflakes, stylists snip and paint through cuts and color treatments, lengthen existing manes with hair extensions, and transform frizz into sleek tresses with hair-straightening treatments such as Keratin Complex and Brazilian Blowout. Along with salon services, the staff runs an in-house boutique stocked full of cute accessories including purses, wallets, and eighteenth-century-style wigs.
