Meat is everything at Hamaknockers BBQ. Every day out back, the family slow-smokes chicken wings, ribs, and pulled pork in one of their smoke shacks stocked with real wood cut on site. The process leaves plenty of time for the meat to absorb spices without drying out, resulting in impossibly tender cuts.

From there, they plate down-home favorites, including smoked sliced steak on Texas Toast, and classic sides including mac 'n' cheese. Just in case a smoked half chicken or pound of pulled pork isn’t enough, the restaurant also serves a host of savory sides including baked beans, potato salad, and corn on the cob.
