About Happy Shabu Shabu
Happy Shabu Shabu is named for the Japanese style of dining where each person gets their own hot pot for creating a custom meal. As broth bubbles up in the pot, servers bring out platters of beef, pork, chicken, seafood, or veggies, which diners steep in the pot along with sides of noodles, tofu, and sauces. The broth is spiced to your preferred heat level, and meat can be ordered as a single entree or all-you-can-eat. There's Sapporo on tap, as well as sake that can be ordered hot or cold depending on if you're hot- or cold-blooded.
