The restaurant is led by Owner and Executive Chef Harvey Alexander who specializes in pulled pork, ribs, and beef brisket. Harvey's Smokehouse BBQ offers full plates, such as The Smokehouse Sampler served with three different meats, mac and cheese, fries, corn on the cob, and texas toast and 1/2 pound, pulled pork sandwiches.
