Shiitake mushrooms and wasabi aioli crown Asian-inspired burgers, and the bistro’s sandwiches include ingredients such as panko-crusted tilapia and pickled carrots. For dessert, Hiro showcases snow bowls, an Asian favorite made with finely shaved ice, condensed milk, and toppings such as caramel syrup and lychee jellies.
