Hop Woo BBQ & Seafood Restaurant, founded by a husband-and-wife duo from China, has served up a massive menu of more than 100 Chinese specialties since opening in 1993. The menu's breadth is as vast as China itself. Dishes range from classics such as shrimp chow mein to regional dishes such as Szechuan spicy eggplant, which is watered with Tobasco sauce to get its heat. For more adventurous appetites, there's even a secret menu that features deer meat stir-fried with leeks and star melon and alligator soup with Chinese herbs. The diversity extends to their drinks, as well, which include bubble tea, shaved ice, or ginseng-and-honey tea.
