Our warm and caring community of instructors, staff and clients will make your heart smile. We offer classes throughout the day for all levels and populations. From Beginner to Strength and Zen to Pilates and even Yoga for Cancer there is something for EVERYbody.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I want to share my love of yoga, all its physical, mental and emotional benefits with all members of the community in which I live.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to feel well both physically and emotionally and helping them to feel GOOD, not guilty about doing something positive for themselves.
