We are a hot energizing studio that offers a fun, flowing spin on yoga and its traditions. Our goal is to facilitate empowerment through yoga, challenging both body and mind, nudging you past what you thought possible.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Expect variety in postures, sequencing, and music. We are all about mixing it up and finding new ways to challenge clients.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Making the impossible possible. Sharing our love for yoga and expanding the yoga community in Wichita.

What do you love most about your job?
Sharing my passion for yoga with the community and doing handstands at work.
