After she lost her mom, dancer Beth King/Young needed a way to heal. That is how Hot Pilates Secret started. Beth's daughter, Kaley, grew up always being with her mom at Hot Pilates Secret. On August 22, 2012, Beautiful Beth passed away to breast cancer and her daughter, Kaley continued the journey her mom began with Hot Pilates Secret. Today her studio welcomes guests of all experience levels, helping them take a break from everyday stress. Pilates, yoga, boot camp, and strength classes are the time when the students can focus on and take care of themselves and their healing of body, mind, and soul.
