We have brand new flooring that is anti bacterial and hypo- allergenic. Our state-of-the-art environmentally controlled Yoga room has continuous fresh air flow. we offer 90 minute classes, express classes, meditation and sculpt. Exercise is challenging.

How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? At Hot Yoga Agoura we strongly believe in consistency, frequency and encouragement. As teachers, we have seen tremendous transformations through a regular practice and we are excited to share our knowledge with our yoga community. Our studio was recently nominated as one of the premier studios in Conejo Valley Happenings and that is because of our amazing community of yogis.
