What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer various styles of yoga, along with Pilates, Barre, Zumba, and kids’ classes fitness classes. We also have a spa with a far-infrared sauna, private showers, and lipo laser. In addition to an oxygen bar, we also serve organic tea, freshly made juices, smoothies, and raw vegan foods. All of this is in one convenient location in Woodbridge, near Potomac Mills._

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We welcome all skill levels—beginner to advanced—no matter your age, strength or level of flexibility. We will meet you at your current level of fitness and provide you with a complete mind and body experience to strengthen, balance, detoxify, and exhilarate your body and mind while you move, breathe, and sweat.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I fell in love with my very first hot yoga class and wanted to create a yoga and fitness studio that combined the aloha spirit of Hawaii within a spa environment.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping others to discover their inner joy and peace and to become more centered in their daily life is very satisfying. Also, educating people about healthy eating with nutrition and wellness with holistic treatments such as acupuncture and Reiki is very rewarding. Health is wealth!
