Hyland Hills Adventure Golf and Raceway packs an awful lot of fun into four acres of land. For starters, there are three 18-hole miniature golf courses—Lost Continent, Adventure Cove, and Buccaneer Bay—that are meticulously landscaped and enhanced with water and fire effects. Elsewhere on the grounds, an electric go-kart track and jumble of bumper cars shock leisurely putt-putters back to life. There's even a concession stand slinging burgers, hot dogs, and pizzas. And since this four-acre wonderland is owned and operated by the Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District, the revenues from all of these amusements help fund community services and school programs. But even if games, rides, and snacks aren't your thing, you can still come to gawk at the park's award-winning landscaping, which includes:
