What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
IHM is a small independent massage studio not a large chain which allows William to spent time with each client to get to know their specific problems and issues and spend the time to work them out. You also get a full 60 min. massage no 50 min. get the client in and out massage here.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was tired of working in so called spas where all they care about is getting people in and out as fast as they can to make as much money as possible. I want to be able to spend the time needed to work with my clients to resolve their issues not just push them out the door once their time is up.

What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people, helping them relaxing and work out issues. There is nothing like feeling a knot that has been there forever break loose and the client feels better and moves easier.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Well one of the most memorable feedbacks I've ever received was I had been working on an expecting mother once or twice a month for the last 6 or 7 months of her pregnancy and as she was leaving from her last prenatal massage said she was going to figure out a way to get me into her delivery room.
